We include a 3 page basic report-computer generated, supporting photos of conditions conducive, and a copy of a termite treatment proposal.

Pretreats

From pre-treats to post construction treatments. We offer both a budget price service using industry standard products, and a premium service using Termidor. From the initial application to the final grade treatment, we’ll protect your home.

Sub-Termite Treatments

All treatments should start with an inspection. This will help us identify the problem at hand and allow us to be able to put together a customized treatment plan that will suit your needs. Here at Southwest Exterminating, we have highly trained termite professionals to handle any termite needs you might have.

We provide treatment for subterranean termite such as:

• Full-Drill and Treat (exterior) – we treat all soil around the perimeter and down-drill all abutting slabs or patios.
• All of our Sub-Termite treatments are warrantied for a full year that is renewable on a year to year basis.

Drywood Termite Treatments

In most cases, we have found the foam application sufficient enough to take care of any drywood problem we have here in the Southern Arizona. On some situations where the drywood termite infestation is beyond a spot treatment, a tent option would be needed. Drywood termites do not need contact with the soil. They can survive on the wood in which they infest.
